Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the brand tags intact.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Opened or used personal care/cosmetic items
Innerwear and socks (due to hygiene reasons)
Free gifts or promotional items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order ID or invoice). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically:For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit card, Debit card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team will contact you for your bank account details or UPI ID, and the amount will be transferred within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the details.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. It often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted by the bank.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our support team at support@primeandpick.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or using special coupon discounts cannot be refunded or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@primeandpick.com with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping & ReturnsProcess
How to Return?To initiate a return or exchange, please drop an email to support@primeandpick.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.Shipping CostsDefective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product from our end, we will arrange a Free Reverse Pickup from your address. You do not have to pay anything.Size/Preference Changes: If you want to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse, or a nominal return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.Need Help?Contact our customer support team at support@primeandpick.com for any questions or assistance related to refunds and returns.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
